What we take from construction sites

Poly film and shrink wrap, vapour barrier, PVC and HDPE pipe offcuts, pails and drums, strapping, and mixed rigid plastics from new builds, renovations, and demolition. We are plastics-first: we buy and process recyclable construction plastics rather than hauling mixed bins, which is why the economics work in your favour.

Why divert construction plastics?

Every tonne that goes to landfill costs you tipping fees. Clean, segregated plastics can earn rebates instead. Every kilogram we process is documented, so your project gets defensible diversion numbers for LEED submissions, corporate sustainability targets, and Ontario O. Reg. 102/94 waste audits on projects over 2,000 square metres.

How it works

Start with a free waste audit: we walk your site or review your waste streams and identify what can be diverted. We set up collection in the formats that fit your site, from gaylords to roll-offs, schedule pickups around your build phases, and process everything at our Ajax facility. You receive weights and diversion reports throughout, and rebates where volumes justify them.

Waste audits for construction projects

Larger projects in Ontario carry formal waste audit obligations. Our waste audit and diversion planning service covers the assessment, the plan, and the documentation, so compliance becomes a byproduct of a program that already pays for itself. Learn more about waste audits and diversion planning or see how plastic recycling rebates work.

Contact Us

What construction plastics can be recycled?

Most clean post-construction plastics: poly film and shrink wrap, vapour barrier, PVC and HDPE pipe offcuts, pails, drums, and strapping. We are plastics-first, not a bin hauler. If you are unsure about a material, send us a photo and we will confirm before pickup.

Do you supply bins or containers for site collection?

Yes. We set you up with gaylords, bins, or roll-off formats sized to your site, and schedule pickups around your build phases so segregation never slows the crew down.

Do you provide diversion reports for LEED projects?

Every program includes documented weights and diversion reporting you can submit for LEED credits and Ontario O. Reg. 102/94 requirements on projects over 2,000 m2.
